Weather Cancellations
Evening classes automatically are canceled on days the Des Moines Public Schools are closed/let out early due to weather, holidays, or during breaks.
Otherwise, whenever possible, the decision to cancel classes will be made in time for the 5:00pm radio newscasts or the 10:00pm newcasts for next day cancellations. Classes canceled due to weather will be rescheduled if at all possible.
